Please note the total attendance and number of day registrations available at the 2010 Symposium is limited. We recommend you register early to avoid disappointment.

Full Registration includes:

• Attendance at all symposium sessions

Day Registration includes:

• Attendance at all symposium sessions on that day
• Satchel and contents
• Morning and afternoon teas
• Lunch

Payment of fees must accompany registration. Secure transmission facilities provided for payment by credit card.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of NZ$100.00) will be made, providing notification is received by Friday 21 February 2010. After that date no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
